L. 104−13) STATEMENT OF PUBLIC BURDEN: The purpose of this information collection is to review state child welfare systems’ performance related to child protective services, foster care, adoption, family preservation and independent living as well as their conformity to required child and family outcomes. Public reporting burden for this collection of information is estimated to average 1,186 hours per grantee, including the time for reviewing instructions, gathering and maintaining the data needed, and preparation for and conducting the case reviews and interviews as well as conducting the review itself, and reviewing the collection of information.
